At Tumbletongrown.com and Shelley Farms, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality green peanuts and peanuts. Due to the perishable nature of these products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer refunds under specific conditions.

 

Eligibility for Refunds:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Products must have been stored and handled according to the provided guidelines.

- A valid proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

 

Non-Refundable Items:

- Products that have been improperly stored or handled.

- Custom or personalized peanut orders.

- Gift cards.

- Sale items (only regular priced items may be eligible for a refund).

 

Refund Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at ShelleyPeanuts@gmail.com to request a refund. Please provide your order number, reason for the refund request, and any relevant details or photos.

2. Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval status.

3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 4 days.
